Why Just Carol?
One of my favorite gifts is a clock for my fireplace mantle that is engraved Just Carol. My dad gave it to me to make up for his unfortunate response when a friend asked if he had family coming home for Thanksgiving.
"No," he replied. "Just Carol."
We often laugh about his endearing comment, so what better name could I choose for my own editorial business? Thankfully I didn't have to name it after my second-favorite gift from my dad: jumper cables.

There's another reason for the name Just Carol. I am convinced that all my hope rests in God. There is a verse in the Bible that says, "I can do all things through Jesus Christ who gives me strength." I believe that.
So although I may be Just Carol, I know God desires to do amazing things when I call upon Him in prayer.
